Position Summary

Performs business intelligence, data mining, costing information and analysis to develop key strategies and solutions with significant impact on lowering costs and improving profitability.

Job Responsibilities
  • Establishes operational benchmarks, metrics and productivity standards to streamline workflows and and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures related to billing and compliance and audit processes.
  • Analyzes and recommends institutional cost reduction opportunities.
  • Models opportunities and implements process improvements to maximize organization performance and minimize administrative cost.
  • Develops and monitors Contract Agreements (SLAs) with business partners.
  • Ensures that data analysis and reporting meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Develops product adoption rates for key commodity segments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field

Approximately 6 years of data analysis and/or reporting experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in process analysis, project management, and business analytics, including expertise in modeling and data analysis.
