The Johnson Admissions team operationalizes strategic enrollment planning, engagement and recruiting, admissions decisions, enrollment and scholarship awards for the MBA (Master of Business Administration) and AMBA (Accelerated Master of Business Administration) programs at Johnson.

This Position:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, Admissions and Scholarship, the Part-Time Admissions Application Processor supports the Admissions and Scholarship team by maintaining accurate application records in Salesforce, ensuring that applications are prepared for committee evaluation according to strict deadlines and procedures. The Part-Time Admissions Application Processor is responsible for various aspects of the application processing funnel, including monitor applications and reports in Salesforce, management of application materials, and routine quality control measures. This position involves a high level of judgment and autonomy and requires knowledge of college admission policies and procedures.

The Part-Time Admissions Application Processor actively engages prospective students from inquiry to application submission via phone, email, and through participating in events as requested. This individual will assist other members of the Operations team with duties related to maintaining and updating student data systems, performing data entry, and assuming other application duties as assigned.

This position is part-time and it is on a temporary basis for less than 6 months. No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is available for this position. This is a non-benefits eligible position.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least one to two years but less than five years of related experience or equivalent.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of applicants aligned with the goals of the office, and think critically and creatively about process solutions.
  • Ability to take initiative on issues, pay close attention to detail, employ good judgment and decision-making abilities, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and have the ability to work under pressure to meet time sensitive deadlines.
  • Must have experience and be comfortable using a CRM and office software technologies.
