Job Description

This position provides administrative support for the Director of Graduate Studies, the Department Administrator and the Chairperson. Coordinates the graduate program marketing, recruiting and admission process. Manages the graduate program financial aid budget. Coordinates orientations, language and comprehensive exams, dissertation defenses and graduate program events. Responsible for graduate student record keeping and appointments for all fellowships, assistantships, and scholarships.

Maintains applicant, student and administrative files; utilizes admission software; works collaboratively with Department Administrator to support the overall work of the Theology Department. Serves as additional support for Theology staff and faculty throughout the academic year; assists other staff members and provides coverage as needed.

This is a 43 week academic year per year position. Full-Time Equivalent (52 week) Hiring Range: $38,700 to $48,400; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
