Position HighlightsFacilities Management is looking for a self directed, self motivated and hard working Trades Helpers to be a part of our Sheet Metal Shop. In the trades helper role duties will include assisting sheet metal workers, machinists and welders with job set-up, job clean-up, and delivery of materials. This is a great opportunity for training in the sheet metal trades. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively and provide good customer service while having good working knowledge of trades and maintenance. Working conditions may include restricted movement, dirty environment, extreme temperatures and intense noise. This also includes lifting and carrying heavy objects.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists in fabrication of welding and sheet metal ducts.
- Assists in installation of duct-work.
- Performs clean-up activities as jobs are completed and in shop areas.
Assists in shop vehicle maintenance
- Assists with collecting and delivering materials and/or equipment needed at the job sites.
High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience may be required.
Valid Driver's License upon employment.
