Job Description

The Myers-Lawson School of Construction is seeking applications for a Graduate Program Support Assistant. The successful candidate will provide programmatic support for the MS in Building Construction Science and Management and PhD in Environmental Design and Planning programs. Responsibilities include management of the graduate studio, orientation planning, student progress tracking, and administrative support for student matriculation. The Position will also assist with MLSoC' s connections to other graduate programs. This position reports to the Graduate Program Director.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree from an accredited institution or Bachelor's degree with advanced training
  • Experience working in higher education academic program support
  • Experience managing confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Banner (Student)
2. Demonstrated commitment to DEI
3. Experience with space planning and management
4. Experience with event planning and management
5. Experience supporting graduate programs
6. Demonstrated knowledge of the construction industry and/or construction education
