Position Summary

Provide the required plumbing and piping techniques mandated by specific codes to be carried out by a licensed plumber under Uniform Plumbing Codes, International Plumbing Code, Uniform Building Codes, and O.S.H.A. Standards. Install plumbing and piping systems for new construction and remodel projects. Provide maintenance on plumbing equipment and systems. Work requires a licensed plumber.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Possession of a current Journey level or higher Plumber's license and three years of plumbing experience.
Preferred Qualifications

The highly desired candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, abilities, personal characteristics, and experience directly related and critical to this position:
  • Three+ years of new construction & remodel experience in commercial and/or industrial environments.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail.

  • Installation of all potable water systems, sewage and drain systems, natural gas piping and associated components or fixtures for renovation projects.

  • Read blueprints and calculates materials needed.
  • Order and obtain proper supplies.
  • Estimate new construction and remodel, material/labor for bidding purposes.
  • Consult with other units for estimating conflicts.
  • Develop estimates from written and verbal instructions.
  • Work with PM to arrive at project budget.
