Director of Recruiting, Football
The Director of Recruiting for Football will oversee the recruitment of prospective student athletes for the football program. Primary focus is offense recruiting and working with the offensive coaching staff. This position reports directly to the Director of Player Personnel, Football.
- Master's degree and/or bachelor's degree with related experience.
- Must have excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Division I recruiting rules and regulations as per NCAA.
- Familiarity with a collegiate athletics atmosphere.
- Experience with social media monitoring, intelligence, and reports.
- Experience using a prospect database such as XOS and/or ARMS, or similar software.
Experience in a Division I Power 5 football program.
Commensurate with experience.
