Workstation Support Specialist
Luther College is currently accepting applications for a full-time Workstation Support Specialist. The Workstation Support Specialist participates on the User Services and Workstation Support teams within Information Technology Services (ITS) to support, maintain, monitor, update, troubleshoot and repair desktop computer systems, software and applications.
Baccalaureate degree is required along with skill and experience using and troubleshooting standard operating systems, productivity suites, printing, and audio visual/equipment. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
