Cornell Retail Services is in search of dependable and motivated individuals to join our talented Cornell Print Services team! We're looking for energetic, creative, and fun people who will offer amazing service while assisting our unique customers.
In this role, you must have a pleasant personality, good customer service skills and enjoy working with the public. Point of sale skills are a bonus but not necessary as we will train the right person.
Our Print Services team is hiring two casual (19 hours per week or less) employees to support the administrative work of our Print Services team with a demonstrated personable, professional and service-oriented demeanor to best serve our customers. The position involves variable/flexible hours, and generally includes some holiday and extended hours based on business needs.
Overall duties will include:
Respond to routine inquiries through email, phone calls, or walk-ins.
Maintain consistent standards for phone etiquette, guest greetings and email communication.
Provide support regarding invoicing using an invoice template and send invoices directly to the customer.
Assist with customer drop off or pick up.
Perform other administrative office tasks as necessary.
