DESCRIPTION:

The Director is responsible for providing leadership/supervision and evaluation of program staff, budget management, monitoring and distributing funding, grant writing, program evaluation and revision, liaison with target school personnel, host university staff and community agencies, overseeing the collection of data and preparation for reports required by the NYSED, participation in conferences, monitoring student services/progress via contact with program coordinators, leading staff meetings, distributing information to all stakeholders regarding LPP’s mission and goals, reporting to Director of Sponsored Research. Full-Time 37.5 hour per week/ 52-week position with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications: Master’s degree
