Position Summary

Responsible for the administrative and operational oversight of a clinical outpatientpractice.

Job Responsibilities
  • Directs daily operations and strategic mission of the outpatient clinical practice(s) and establishes SOP's for a comprehensive & systematic approach in the delivery of quality patient care compliant with requirements mandated by regulatory agencies.
  • Assists with the development of routine management reports that monitor key department performance indicators.
  • Identifies and recommends clinical operational enhancements and efficiencies to reduce cost, increase stability in operating systems and increase patient care quality through standardization.
  • Continually monitors operations, programs and physical properties; initiates appropriate changes/actions when needed.
  • Coordinates efforts of staff in the recruitment, development and performance evaluation of employees in conjunction with site managers. Responsible for implementing WCM and departmental personnel policies and practices.
  • Supports the development of relevant ongoing education tools to ensure staff is kept current in their related areas of responsibility and service levels are always maintained.
  • Interprets policies, objectives and operational procedures for managers, supervisors and staff. Resolves problems related to staffing, utilization of facilities, equipment and supplies.
  • Responsible for the overall marketing activities of the practice. Oversees the development and planning of clinical outreach initiatives, advertising and communications.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree
Experience

Approximately 4 years of administrative experience, including two years of experience in the administration of a major clinical practice.

  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to interact with multiple constituencies and exercise "people skills".
