TheProgram on Negotiation(PON)at Harvard Law School is seeking a full-time Program Assistant to offer administrative support for its executive education offerings. The Program Assistant is responsible for assisting the Program Managers to prepare and deliver a diverse range of executive education programs, includingone-day, week-long, multi-week, and semester-long courses.Inaddition,the Program Assistant will provide general administrative support for the PON office.Job-Specific Responsibilities
As a Program Assistantyou will:
Assist Program Managers with preparation ofprint and/or digitalteachingmaterials for each courseand provide on-site course support as needed for each event; assist faculty with presentationmaterials
Assist Program Managers withcommunication toparticipants
Monitor course registrations, maintain rosters & enrollment reports, manage waitlists and cancellations.
Provide administrative support for programs/courses, including,but not limited to,setting up online registration for courses,preparing program certificates, seating arrangements,tracking and responding to attendee requests, shipping meeting supplies, facilitating virtual events,preparing emails and surveys,maintaining program inventory, etc.
Maintain vendor relationships.
Identify problems and troubleshoot when necessary; work with Customer Serviceleadto fulfill customerrequests
Provide administrative support for PON office, including but not limited to, managingphone lines/email, organizing the office, ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms, making copies, greeting visitors etc.
Minimum 3 years ofrelated experience. Education beyond high school may count toward experience.Additional Qualifications and Skills

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; experience withCvent, Canvas and Word Press, aplus

Bachelordegree preferred, along with interest in the field of negotiation and conflict resolution.
This is a term appointment expected to end on June 30, 2023, contingent on funding and department needs.
