Regional Online Campus Recruiter
Under the direct supervision and management of the Director of Regional and Online Admissions, and in cooperation with the Associate Director, Vice President for Enrollment Management, and recruiter-colleagues, the Regional Online Recruiter (ROR) is responsible for all recruitment and outreach activities to support their assigned regional territory in order to meet specific new student enrollment target goals for each of the three annual academic terms.
Generating leads of on-ground and/or online prospective students for admission.
Scheduling, coordinating, and attending local, regional, and national student recruitment events in-person or virtually including but not limited to college fairs, community college transfer fairs, conferences, external partner organization visits, local and regional chamber of commerce events, and campus open houses and programmatic information sessions.
Initiating and managing in collaboration with the Assistant Director of External Partnerships any agreements with community colleges and employer organizations that facilitate new student enrollments.
Achieving the undergraduate and graduate new student enrollment target goals established each academic term. This includes but is not limited to lead generation of prospective students recruitment activities; conducting appropriate follow-up; interviewing prospective students and making admissions decisions for all applicants; conducts effective customer relations management and communication with all prospects through phone, email, and texting methods; coordination and collaboration with regional and online staff/faculty to complete the enrollment process of all accepted students; enter all leads into the College admissions software (Slate) and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, notes, and LEAD statuses in Slate.
Generate the prospective student leads/inquiries needed each academic term to reach new student enrollment target goals. This is accomplished by:
- Developing and implementing within allotted annual budget an ongoing strategic marketing and advertising plan for their region/territory that generates student leads/inquiries.
- Scheduling, coordinating, and attending local, regional, and/or national student recruitment opportunities in-person or virtually including but not limited to college fairs, community college transfer fairs, conferences, external partner organization visits, local and regional chamber of commerce events, and campus open houses and programmatic information sessions.
Create and manage any agreements with community colleges and employer organizations in their area that help generate new student enrollments.
Produce and submit each week to the Director a progress-to-date tracking report and then meets with Director (or Associate Director) for review.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience with sales, recruiting, customer relation management, public speaking, and/or marketing/advertising/promotions.

Occasional evening, holiday or weekend work required to attend events, activities and programs.

This position will have an office located at the Boston, MA campus.
