College of Nursing Faculty: Online MSN/FNP and PM/DNP position (12 months)
he Davis & Henley College of Nursing is seeking applicants whose primary teaching responsibilities will be in the Online MSN/FNP and PM/DNP programs with a focus on family nurse practitioner-primary care.
We are currently searching for a full-time 12-month faculty appointment with rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, commensurate with background and experience. The candidate should have a current clinical practice as a nurse practitioner and research or grant experience. Doctoral clinical project advisement will be required. Faculty will be assigned to hybrid courses that have long-day intensives and online portions. Participation in Davis & Henley College of Nursing committees is required.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Current registered nurse and nurse practitioner licenses in Connecticut or eligibility.
- Current certification as a family nurse practitioner.
- Current APRN practice with adult and/or pediatric primary care experience.
- Doctoral degree in nursing or related field required.
- Previous teaching experience in APRN program preferred.

The Davis & Henley College of Nursing is accredited by the CCNE and offers a BSN, RN to BSN completion, RN to MSN and MSN with tracks for administration, nursing education, family nurse practitioner, and clinical nurse leader, Post BSN to DNP with family nurse practitioner focus and a Post-Master's DNP program.
