OIT is seeking a meticulous, curious, thoughtful individual with excellent communication, time management and planning skills to join our team as a Business Analyst. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of interacting with various stakeholders, including subject matter experts, executives, operational users and technical staff across an organization and multiple departments to analyze, elicit, and document business requirements associated with defined scope and objectives for business solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled at identifying key stakeholders impacted by a proposed initiative or business need, conducting stakeholder analysis, determining the activities required to define the solutions to business problems, defining how the activities will be carried out and the level of effort involved. Will need to work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to capture requirements and business rules and have the ability to elicit requirements using various methods, including but not limited to interviews, document review, requirements workshops, surveys and teleconferences. An ability to perform gap analysis to compare solutions against stakeholder requirements. An ability to document current and future state processes of various businesses. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking skills, and knowledge of project management. Experience with requirements writing is necessary. Experience with technical writing and knowledge of performing quality assurance testing is beneficial. Candidates should understand change control processes and be able to work effectively with business organizations, understanding their needs and showing tact and judgment in developing specialized solutions and analyzing/diagnosing specialized challenges. This position will be filled as a level 3. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. We seek candidates who can demonstrate experience and the ability to advance Outreach's diversity initiative.

This is an advanced level position, where qualified candidates will exhibit an expert level of knowledge and extensive experience fulfilling similar duties in previous positions. As a new team member with OIT you will be expected to be a key contributor and collaborator within your field of expertise. OIT will provide an appropriate onboarding period, along with check-ins with peers and supervisors to address any needs or concerns, and an open door to the Executive Director, ensuring your success.
