The Arizona Student Unions is looking for a full-time Nutrition Coordinator(Culinary and Food Services Manager I) to join our team. This position is responsible for providing nutrition expertise for the department, communicating the nutrition philosophy for Dining Services and providing nutritional education to staff, resident students and student groups. The Nutrition Coordinator provides support for all food production facilities to ensure the daily recipe output is accurate and in agreement with nutritional labeling and oversees the implementation and upkeep of comprehensive nutritional analysis of Dining Services' menus and recipes.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serves as primary administrator and analyst for nutritional software and dining systems programs.
- Point person for recipe input to food service program to generate nutrition information but also food costs and ingredients for Dining units.
- Offers nutrition expertise for the department, communicates nutritional philosophy for Dining Services and provides nutritional education to staff, resident students, and student groups.
- Serves as supervisor/advisor for student internship program working in conjunction with faculty.
- Provides nutritional education and dietary advice to resident students.
- Must be able to occasionally lift a up to 20 pounds
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum of 3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
Two years of food service experience.
Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR) or Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and two years of experience as a DTR or RD.
