Plan and direct the day to day activities of the Residential Dining Facility. Supervise a staff of managers, supervisors, and staff daily to ensure that unit objectives are consistently met and standards are maintained.
This position is designated as a Clery Act Campus Security Authority (CSA). CSA's are obligated to report all Clery Act qualifying crimes which occur on campus, in public areas bordering campus and in certain non-campus buildings owned or controlled (leased) by the University to the proper channels. Complete annual mandatory training. CSAs who deliberately fail to report crimes may be subject to appropriate discipline, including being barred from holding any CSA position in the future.Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or University. Eight (8) years relevant experience in institutional food service management. Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills. Basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft products, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Proven record of accomplishment in such areas as menu management, innovative residential and cash operation dining service programs, budgeting and marketing, food safety, and planning and set-up for special events and catering.
