The Department of Curriculum and Instruction (C&I) is searching for an Administrative Support Assistant to act as the graduate studies online assistant. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting C&I's World Campus Post-Baccalaureate Certificate and master's in education (M.Ed.) program elements, as well as Resident Instruction certificate programs.

Additional responsibilities to include:

  • Communicating with the Graduate School staff in relation to the certificate and master's programs

  • Acting as administrative faculty support for C&I graduate-related programs

  • Assisting in the administration, security and disposition of confidential records and materials

  • Placing textbook orders for the entire department, curricular affairs lead for all World Campus proposals

  • Other duties as necessary

The work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient with technology and have experience using Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include LionPATH or Data Warehouse experience.
