Job Description Summary
Assist Head Coach in various aspects of the intercollegiate Swim and Dive program.
- On-Deck coaching responsibilities as directed by the head coach.
- Monitoring of CARA participation logs.
- Involvement with PSA's on a limited basis. -
- Assistance at home meets. Candidate will have the option to assist at travel meets pending their schedule.
- Conduct responsibilities within the full parameters of NCAA, Big East Conference and Villanova athletic department policies and bylaws.
- A proven background in the sport of NCAA D-1 Swimming and Diving.
- At least 1 year of on-deck NCAA/Collegiate coaching experience.
$23.00/hour
