Stephenson Cancer Center at the University of Oklahoma Health Campus invites applications for ranks of Associate Professor (Tenure eligible) position. The faculty members will be affiliated with the NCI-designated OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center Research Programs and will have access to exceptional resources and opportunities for interdisciplinary collaborations. Individuals with specialty in areas of Cancer Interception, Prevention, Pre-cancer Biology and Early Detection-Biomarkers are encouraged to apply. Selected candidate(s) will be provided competitive salaries and start-up support. Salary to be commensurate with experience. Academic appointment will be in the Department of Internal Medicine/ Oncology Section.

Qualifications:
- Individuals working in cancer prevention/interception, precancer biology, early detection biomarkers areas of cancer research.
- Must hold a PhD or MD or MD/PhD degree in any area of biomedical sciences.
- Demonstrate strong publication record and funding from NCI are highly encouraged to apply.
- Possess a strong scientific research program and able to manage independent research.
