Required Qualifications

*B.S. degree in Education, Psychology or Social Work; *minimum of one-year counseling or related experience; and *experience in special problems of disabled, first-generation, and low-income students.

Job Duties
  • *promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large;
  • *promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students;
  • *participate on University committees;
  • *assist the director with identification and placement of eligible participants in the project;
  • *assist director in coordinating, supervising, planning, implementing, and evaluating project services and activities;
  • *maintain active participant files;
  • *counsel and advise participants academically, personally, financial, and socially;
  • *administer and interpret inventories;
  • *submit monthly reports to director;
  • *teach Strategies for College Success classes; and
  • *completion of required institutional, program accreditation and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of University programs, both on campus and at extended campus sites; and
  • *perform other duties as assigned.
