o prepare NHA testing information, distribute to students with application codes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in health care field and 3 years non-teaching work experience in the field.
- Current certification as a phlebotomist.
- Strong verbal and written skills for delivering complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard), Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic medical records
- Understanding how adults learn, including experience in curriculum design, student evaluation, and competency-based instruction.
- Ability to teach and evaluate hands-on skills in labs or clinical settings.
- Designing or updating coursework to meet current industry standards.
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
- Experience with classroom, laboratory, and web-based delivery methods.
- Prior experience with adult learners, specifically in community college, vocational, or continuing education settings, is strongly preferred.
