Position Purpose
The Senior Associate Director of Annual Giving advances Tuck's mission by leading initiatives to increase fundraising and nurture a culture of philanthropy. Working closely with the Senior Director of Annual Giving and the Annual Giving team, the Senior Associate Director designs and executes innovative strategies that inspire alumni to give, connect, and stay involved with Tuck. Building on Tuck's exemplary majority giving culture, the Senior Associate Director will implement strategies to meet and exceed fundraising goals.

- 7 or more years of experience in annual giving, alumni engagement, or related development work.
- Demonstrated success in driving participation and building engagement
- Strong communication, organizational, and volunteer management skills.
- Experience collaborating across teams and working with volunteers.
- Proficiency with donor databases, CRM systems, and digital fundraising tools.
- Able to anticipate, deliver on, and exceed the expectations of alumni, alumni class officers and volunteers, colleagues, supervisees, and other constituents.
- Able to introduce and drive innovation in ways small and large.
- Able to collaborate with others as primary means to achieve results.
- Able to seek out and create learning opportunities, including through those revealed by setbacks and failures as well as successes.
