Job Duties Outlined
- Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, therapists, nurses, and social workers to deliver coordinated care.
- Participate in supervision, teaching, and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Optional involvement in research or program development based on interests.
- Participate in department activities and faculty meetings.
Work Environment: Participate in weekend call duties.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Licenses: Eligible for medical licensure in Kansas and Missouri
Work Experience:
- Child and Adolescent experience required
