HVAC Instructor (Part-Time)
Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for part-time HVAC instructors to teach courses such as introductory and advanced HVAC, residential and commercial load calculations, print reading and basic electrical and motor controls.
Requirements include either (1) an associate degree in a relevant field plus three years of full-time HVAC industry experience (6,000 hours) OR (2) high school diploma or the equivalent plus six years of full-time HVAC industry experience (12,000 hours); completed apprenticeship and/or state licensure required. Preference will be given to applicants with teaching or training experience and one or more EPA certifications.
These positions are part-time and do not include benefits. The starting pay will depend on qualifications and experience and will likely range from $847 to $915 per load hour.
