Job Description
This position reports to the Associate Dean of Clinical & Global Partnerships (OCGP) and oversees operational matters of the OCGP at School of Nursing. This position oversees the financial, budgeting, human resources, risk management, and information technology of OCGP within the School of Nursing (SON) in collaboration with the Directors in each unit. This position works in coordination with the Associate Dean of OGCP to develop school policies and procedures, ensure compliance with university policy, and engage in the strategic planning process. Provides coaching and professional administrative support to faculty and staff as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
Candidates for this faculty position must have at least ten years of administrative/financial/human resources experience, preferably in health care and/or higher education. A minimum of a master's degree is required. Significant experience as an organization's senior financial and IT leader, including direct responsibility for general ledger and grant accounting functions required. Rank, tenure, and salary are competitive and commensurate with professional background and experience. Faculty may negotiate different degrees of emphasis on the teaching, service and scholarship components of the faculty role. This is not a remote position.
