Responsibilities
  • Monitor test candidates in the Prometric computer-testing lab.
  • Complete proctor certification training.
  • Maintain a current Prometric proctoring certification.
  • Ensure the integrity of the testing process.
  • Maintain the order and cleanliness of the testing room and proctoring area.
  • Follow detailed security measures for providing high stakes exams.
Qualifications
  • Detail oriented and well organized.
  • Prior experience as a test proctor preferred but not required.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to maintain good working relationships with coworkers.
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work a ten-hour shift.
  • Availability to work 2-3 alternating days per week, Monday-Saturday.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

POSITION DETAILS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Part-time hourly staff position (20-30 hours per week). Hourly rate of $13.00 per hour.
