The Weitzenhoffer Family College of Fine Arts is looking for an outstanding person to join our team.
- Coordinate all recruitment efforts for the School of Drama, both on and off campus.
- Advise students and families regarding admission to the University and the School of Drama.
- Manage application submissions on Accepted and complete all paperwork for admissions and recruitment.
- Serves as liaison to applicants and potential students as well as national recruitment conferences, high schools, and the Theatre Guild.
- Manage faculty participation in national recruitment efforts, including conference registration and booking travel.
- Coordinates all marketing and branding efforts toward recruiting of students and public relations, including maintenance of department website and all other online, social media, and video presences.
- Manage alumni relations.
- Coordinate alumni events in New York/LA/Chicago/Dallas/Houston whenever faculty are in the area on recruitment trips
- Keep department website and social media updated on alumni accomplishments and secure press releases on major accomplishments when necessary.
- Attend all related recruitment matters for the School of Drama
- Travel to conferences
- Coordinate faculty travel arrangements and conference registrations
- Coordinate logistics for 3 on-campus audition events each academic year
- 1 virtual on-campus audition event
- Correspondence and event planning
- Coordinate logistics for alumni events
- Coordinate all marketing and branding efforts toward recruitment of students
- Maintenance of department websites and all other online social media
- Maintenance video presences
- Serv as marketing manager for the Lab season and liaison for student generated productions
- Coordinate and schedule Student Recruitment Ambassadors for potential student tours and on campus audition days.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree, AND:
- 12 months of related experience.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months of related experience.
Skills:
- Effective oral and written communication
- Computer skills, including social media and graphics skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
- Frequent exposure to pressure caused by deadlines and busy periods
- Travel is required
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
- Requires contact with other departments and university officials
- Ability to bend, lift, stoop, and carry.
Department Preferences:
- University or theatre and Marketing experience preferred
