Job Description
The ELPF Research Assistant engages in research on sponsored or other research projects under the supervision of faculty in the area of Educational Leadership, Policy, and Foundations.
Duties Include:

The ideal candidate will have:
Anticipated salary is $2,833.33 monthly, not to exceed a total of $8,500.

Job Description
The ELPF Research Assistant engages in research on sponsored or other research projects under the supervision of faculty in the area of Educational Leadership, Policy, and Foundations.

- NSF PROSPECT grant research support
- Data collection and analysis
- Organizing and drafting materials for research papers and/or presentation
- Conference paper and manuscript generation
- Research team meeting attendance
- Independent research under the guidance of a faculty member
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- a history of demonstrate research support with grant funded sources;
- a history of demonstrated research support in the areas of educational leadership, policies, and foundations;
- a history of demonstrated scholarly contributions within STEM education;
- demonstrated history collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
