Position Highlights
The W. A. Franke Honors College is seeking candidates for an experienced Business Administrator. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day college financial activity. Submitting and tracking scholarship awards and stipends, organizing college budget and donor related financial reports, providing financial training for faculty and staff. Work is completed independently with direction from the Director of Finance, maintaining detailed financial records, and ensuring accuracy of submitted documentation and account reconciliation.The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated track record of creative problem solving, effectively assessing and responding to customer needs, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team-oriented environment. The incumbent will also have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Also, the incumbent should be able to maintain sensitivity with confidential information, and possess computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track college accounts; review documentation for financial accuracy approve expenditures.
- Process payments.
- Prepare monthly team budget reports.
- Train employees on in-house financial policies and procedures.
- Work closely with and provide guidance to Accounting Assistant and Finance Student Assistant to ensure correct and timely reconciliations.
- Review transactions in Analytics and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
- Verify student eligibility and award qualifications; submit awards; track and troubleshoot disbursements; transfer scholarship funds from UA Foundation accounts.
- Manage college MOU agreements, process.
- Faculty multi-year contract renewals, NOA's, offer letters involving faculty contract renewals, 9/12 pay plan enrollment.
- Track and troubleshoot time and payroll related situations.
- Initiate/ track OPS forms/ Supp Comps/ DCC's status, and process position distributions.
- Assist with employee on/off-boarding; manage employee provisioning; coordinate key checkouts and returns for offices.
- Process payments/reimbursements for donor, alumni, and development related expenses; set up payees and submit annual faculty awards; organize monthly reports for UAF accounts.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Experience with UAcess Financial.
- Prior Experience with Analytics.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
