Job Description:

Primary Function: Supervises, evaluates and directs Residence Life Coordinators in their daily operations; fosters and promotes individual and community development in residence system; collaborates on university-wide enterprises related to residents' experiences; provides leadership and input on university-wide educational initiatives; provides leadership and direction for the hiring and training processes of all student staff positions in housing; responds to student critical incidents; and provides leadership in the administration of the Student Code of Conduct in conjunction with the Dean of Student's Office.

Qualifications: Master's degree in higher education administration, college student personnel or related field; at least four years of leadership experience in college or university housing; supervisory and managing student discipline experience; and demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with all populations, lead teams, and effectively communicate with others required. Strong problem-solving, management, organization, and administrative skills preferred. On-call, evening, weekend, and holiday work necessary.
