The associate vice president for enrollment management (AVPEM) manages the university's efforts to recruit undergraduate students with the experience, aptitude, and skills to succeed at the University of Central Florida (UCF). The AVPEM will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for undergraduate admissions, student financial assistance, and the university registrar and will collaborate significantly on developing and implementing the university's strategic enrollment plan. The associate vice president will report to the vice president for student success and well-being and collaborate effectively with senior leadership across the university to ensure that undergraduate admissions, financial aid, and registration services operate optimally and enhance efforts to improve student success performance.



The anticipated salary range for this position is $250,000 - $275,000.



Qualifications

At least ten years of relevant work experience and five years of leadership experience, OR at least seven years of relevant work experience and five years of leadership experience with a doctoral degree are required. The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience in undergraduate recruitment, admissions, strategic enrollment management, data analytics, retention, and marketing at an institution of higher education; and deep knowledge of and proficient use of current search strategies, admissions technologies, data analytics tools, predictive modeling, financial aid leveraging tools, and digital recruitment campaigns.
