Job Description
Under the direction of the Program Director, Principal Faculty will actively participate in the design, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of the programs competencies, mission statement, goals, and curriculum, including selecting applicants for admission to the Program; participate in evaluating the Program for effectiveness; aid the program in meeting accreditation compliance requirements; develop course schedules, syllabi, and student evaluation mechanisms: perform other program duties as appointed. If deemed appropriate, this position may be given a stipend for the role of Director of Assessment. The Director of Assessment supports the faculty, staff, and segments of the School of Medical Sciences in the continuous program assessment, evaluation, and compliance improvement process. The Director of Assessment will assist in continuous review and analysis of the programs effectiveness and preparation for program assessment by ARC-PA, LMU, SACSCOC, and others
Required Qualifications
Masters degree with two years experience in program evaluation, assessment, and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctoral degree in a field related to medical science or education; experience in ARC-PA accreditation standards
