Position Description
Performs professional level work at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center by conducting classes on a per-course or limited-term basis, without any guarantee of continuing employment. Responsibilities encompass the coordination and instruction of one or more courses within a prescribed curriculum.
Teachers in this classification usually specialize in the academic subject, professional discipline or technical skill being taught at the time of employment. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based upon results obtained. May supervise subordinate employees assigned to area of responsibility. Contributes to the university's mission through teaching, research and service, some variation by academic unit.
Responsibilities will be serving as an adjunct instructor in the Gross Anatomy and Functional Anatomy courses, specifically assisting with lab organization, student instruction, and student testing.
- 2025 DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) from TTUHSC School of Health Professions.
- May 2025 graduate of DPT program at TTUHSC.
- Successful completion of HPPT 8500 Gross Anatomy and HPPT 8203 Functional Anatomy while in the DPT program at TTUHSC.

Pay Basis: Monthly

Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate with the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan website.
Schedule Details
Must be available weekday mornings from 8:00 to 12:00 and at least one afternoon on Wednesday or Thursday from 1:00 to 5:00.
