Desktop and Configuration Management Engineer
Required Relevant Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop and configuration management, including experience with Microsoft product stack and Intune for MDM.
- Knowledge of server administration, including experience with Windows Server, virtualization technologies, and network services.
- Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Position Details:
Indiana State University seeks a qualified Desktop and Configuration Management Engineer with experience using enterprise class desktop management tools such as Microsoft Intune. Experience solving complex desktop problems as well as proactive customer service / support is highly desirable. Desired candidate should possess a team-oriented attitude as well as being extremely customer focused.

The Desktop and Configuration Management Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of desktop environments and configuration management systems within an enterprise leveraging the Microsoft product stack, including Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM).
