Job Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective students with the application and enrollment process.
- Provide information about academic programs, financial aid, and admission requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to admissions.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents via phone and email.
- Perform additional job-related duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Education, Business, Communications, or related area preferred).
- Experience in college admissions, customer service, or student support services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, positive, and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
