Women's Volleyball Coach
Are you passionate about volleyball and shaping the next generation of student-athletes? Northwest College is searching for a dedicated Women’s Volleyball Coach to lead our NJCAA Division I program!
This is more than just a coaching position – it’s an opportunity to mentor, inspire, and build a winning culture both on and off the court. You’ll manage all aspects of the program, including recruiting top talent, developing student-athletes, game strategy, fundraising, marketing, and community engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Coach and mentor student-athletes to improve skill, performance, and leadership
- Recruit and retain quality players to build a competitive and dynamic team
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, travel, and day-to-day program operations
- Promote the program through public relations and fundraising efforts
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student-athlete academic success
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of college-level coaching experience
- Strong knowledge of NJCAA rules, recruitment, and program management
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering student growth
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- A valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
