CPM is a department within the College of Continuing Education at the University of Oklahoma. We provide public sector agencies, staff, service providers, clients and community partners training, research and consultant support for professional and programmatic development. We deliver cost-effective, customer-oriented solutions that are tailored to meet unique needs and situations.

The Analyst test computer enhancements to the OKDHS OSIS computer system, as well as develop and test documents using the Adobe Live Cycle (ALC) product. These enhancements derive from changes and modifications to the system based upon mandated state/federal legislation, requests from CSS staff, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Recommends, implements, and monitors preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.

  • Compiles and analyzes statistical data.

  • Ensures ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

  • Monitors production and quality of customer transactions.

  • Performs quality analysis of and recommends improvements to delivery of services.

  • Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

This position may be eligible for remote or hybrid work.

This position requires a background check that involves a national search and fingerprint search to be eligible for employment. Results of the completed background check will be provided to the funding sponsor for their records.



Job Requirements

Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND:

  • 24 months of related experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of experience.

Skills:

  • Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
  • Highly organized and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong initiative to solve problems
  • Must be able to read and interpret policy as well as State and Federal regulations

Certifications:

  • None

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Communicate effectively. Engage in repetitive motion. Standard office environment

Departmental Preferences:

  • Strong preference for applicants with at least a Bachelor's degree
  • Strong preference for applicants with at least two recent years of Child Support Services casework experience in the area of finance or intergovernmental.
  • Experience working in a team to strengthen consistent excellence or performance improvement.
  • Experience training child support casework processes and computer system usage in one-on-one and team settings.
  • Experience researching computer system user issues and finding solutions.
