Your Key Responsibilities

• Program Management – Direct all aspects of an assigned athletic program, including recruiting, retention, eligibility, fundraising, scheduling, budgeting, and public relations.

• Student Coaching & Instruction – Provide top-tier coaching and instructional support to enhance student-athlete performance.

• Collaboration & Outreach – Partner with national, state, and local organizations while working closely with faculty and staff to support student success.

• Additional Responsibilities – May include coordinating sports information, managing facilities, classroom instruction, and fundraising initiatives.

What You Bring

• Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college/university and at least two years of college-level coaching experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge & Skills – Strong understanding of intercollegiate athletics principles, coaching techniques, program management, student recruitment, fundraising, and media relations.

• Certifications & Requirements – Valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire), and successful completion of background checks.
