Berea College welcomes applications for a one-year visiting assistant professor position in the Economics and Business Department during the 2025-2026 academic year. The teaching load is three courses per semester and will include Principles of Microeconomics or Principles of Macroeconomics, Applied Statistics in Economics and Business, and other courses dependent on the candidate’s area of specialization. The ideal candidate will have the Ph.D. in Economics (ABD considered), previous experience teaching undergraduates, and a clear commitment to undergraduate liberal arts education.
