Scope
ONU is seeking an entry-level Technology Support Technician. This position will primarily provide technical assistance and device support to faculty, staff, and students.

Associate's Degree or two-year college equivalent.

Scope
ONU is seeking an entry-level Technology Support Technician. This position will primarily provide technical assistance and device support to faculty, staff, and students.
Principal Responsibilities
- Assist students, faculty & staff with everyday technology issues.
- Maintain campus computer labs. Includes upgrading/updating hardware and software.
- Install and setup new computers, laptops, tablets, phones and any other technology devices.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair faulty/staff computers and devices.
- Configure and maintain virtual computing environments.
- Install network cable and connections.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Provide audio/video support to selected venues on campus.
- A/V Systems installation.
- Security Camera hardware installation.
- Printer troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Research and gather information that will improve technology on campus.
- Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic & advanced networking issues.
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to learn and work with various software applications.
Associate's Degree or two-year college equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- At least 2 years of similar IT experience
- CompTIA A+ or other relevant certifications.
