Job Description

The
Administrative Office of O'Neill Library seeks a part-time Fiscal &
Operations assistant
. Reporting to the Fiscal & Operations
Specialist they ensure that administrative and day-to-day financials are
properly maintained. They assist the team with matters related to general
expenses, reporting, and travel expenses while supporting the needs of the
staff and needs of the Administrative suite.

This person would serve as the point person for all visitors and calls directed
to this office. They would be responsible for answering all calls, placing and
tracking work orders, managing calendars for the conference rooms, handling all
logistics for events associated with conference rooms and meetings, maintaining staff directories and committee lists. They also support the Associate
Director of HR and Administrative Services with recruitment schedules. They
would also perform some cross trained duties with the Fiscal/Operations
Specialist.

Schedule would be Monday - Thursday from 9am until 2:30pm or 3 longer days
would be considered. This position is benefits eligible.

Hiring Range: $23.46/hr to $29.34/hr. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years office experience
  • Strong communications and organization skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and office equipment
  • Attentions to details with ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, carry out projects from start to end
