Essential Job Duties:
The Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Department at NC State University is currently accepting applications for a part-time, Non-Tenure Track Faculty Lecturer position. These positions are offered for one semester or one year, with the possibility of renewal. Applications will be kept on file for one year for consideration in future semesters.

Successful candidates will teach 1 to 3 courses within the BSBA and/or MBA programs, focusing on areas such as business law, entrepreneurship, human resource management, organizational behavior, and strategic management. Courses may be taught on the main campus in Raleigh, online, or potentially during summer school and study abroad programs.

Specific hiring needs for the upcoming academic year are yet to be determined.

Other Work/Responsibilities:

  • Contributing member of the department, College, and University.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.

Minimum Experience/Education:

  • A master's degree, equivalent academic credential, or comparable professional experience in the relevant field.
  • A doctoral degree or equivalent is required to teach graduate-level courses.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent teaching ability.
  • A commitment to the success of our students and programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior university teaching experience preferred, but not required.
