Job Summary:
The ABSN Recruiter is responsible for meeting individual recruitment goals and objectives for three starting cohorts annually in the Accelerated Bachelor’s in Nursing program (Pittsburgh) by working with marketing-generated leads, generating additional leads and conducting vigorous follow up activity with prospective students to ensure they successfully complete the admissions and enrollment process.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Experience:
- 5 years progressive admissions or related experience and/or training.
- Experience advising college students preferred.
- Experience in student recruitment is strongly desired.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current, valid PA driver’s license
Work-Related Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of curriculum and assessment of credits
- Broad base of technical knowledge and skills needed to perform all assigned administrative duties.
