LOCATION: Green Bay
STANDARD HOURS: 37.5 Hours per week; Typical hours Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Flexibility required to include other evening and/or weekend hours, as necessary.
PAY RANGE: $25.81 - $27.82 per hour
*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be placed within the range based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY
Maintain the student information system relating to admissions and enrollment. Train employees on admission and enrollment procedures. Review and analyze enrollment data to ensure students are enrolled in appropriate programs and courses.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Maintain the student information system as it relates to admission and enrollment services.
- Analyze admission and enrollment data and State client reporting to ensure accurate data. Facilitate correction of inaccurate data.
- Serve as the liaison between Instructional Information Technology and Student Enrollment Services for implementation of new technology and system enhancements. Participate on project implementation teams, perform patches and fixes testing, and update system tables.
- Train employees throughout the district on the processes and procedures relating to admission and enrollment procedures. Create and maintain training documentation.
- Review, analyze, and take action on admission and enrollment data to ensure students are enrolled in the appropriate program and courses.
- Process and enter academic transcripts, grade reports, and other unique enrollment transactions
- Process student records for graduation in accordance with published curriculum, polices, and procedures.
- Support process improvement initiatives and centralization of admission process for programs and certificates.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Associate's Degree
Experience: Three years related work experience.
