Website and Digital Service Manager

The Website and Digital Services Manager is a key member of the shared services team that will serve as the primary website manager for the Division of Student Affairs and Academic Support. The Website and Digital Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of the division’s web pages, managing the division’s digital displays, developing, and implementing strategies for web content creation, leading transitions to new website formats, developing and maintaining a storage system to ensure easy accessibility of marketing assets and collaborating with IT to maintain accurate and updated credentials for social media and other digital platforms.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of hundreds of web pages within the division.
  • Collaborate with unit site managers to provide guidance and support for content updates and site management.
  • Generate detailed reports on web metrics and use insights to drive future development.
  • Streamline digital services across the division to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain a storage system to ensure the easy accessibility of marketing assets.
  • Ensure proper archiving of digital content for future availability and reference.
  • Manage and create digital forms for division-wide use, ensuring they meet the needs of the students and staff.
