The Assistant Director of Well-Being Strategy at the University of South Carolina plays a crucial role in advancing the strategic initiatives of the Student Health and Well-Being department. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives, this position is responsible for leading and overseeing the development and implementation of marketing, communication, web management, social media, and podcast strategies. The Assistant Director also supervises a student marketing team, ensuring alignment with the department’s goals and objectives.
Primary Duties:
- Develop and execute comprehensive health communication strategies
- Oversee the creation of engaging content across social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives
- Supervise and mentor a team of student employees
