This frontline position is essential to the continued success of Enrollment Management (EM). This position strategically contributes to the Administration & Compliance (A&C) team and all the departments within the division it supports (Office of Admissions & Recruitment, Financial Aid, Registrar, Strategic Technology, Training & Development, and Enrollment Management Marketing & Communications). This position serves every EM employee by handling the division's inventory ordering, control, and tracking; building maintenance and management; list management; mail; payments and deposits; assisting with celebrations, retreats, and events; and assisting with application and enrollment fee refunds.

Essential Duties:

  • Orders, monitors, and transfers supplies and equipment for Enrollment Management.
  • Maintains inventory/equipment tracking for Enrollment Management.
  • Manages the storage, maintenance, retention, and organization of Enrollment Management files.
  • Maintains office files that may be of a confidential nature.

  • Maintains organizational charts, employee contact information, job descriptions, and division business continuity plans.

  • Creates meeting agendas, surveys, and analysis.

  • Opens, routes, and prepares incoming and outgoing mail for Admissions, Records and Enrollment Services, including express mail.
  • Collects payments for outgoing transcripts, including express mail, admission application fees, enrollment commitment fees, diploma fees, and any other payments to the division.
  • Reconciles deposits daily and monthly P-Card reports.
  • Organizing celebrations and event and/or retreat support.
  • Run errands for Enrollment Management.
  • Application fee and enrollment refunds.
  • Performs other duties assigned.


Job Requirements

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED, AND:

  • 24 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • General office and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Ability to complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Must be detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
  • Ability to multitask, be organized, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in stressful situations
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
