Key Responsibilities
Advise on industry knowledge and share expertise through seminars, workshops, and lectures, providing students with real-world perspectives, bridging the gap between academia and industry.
Mentor students and faculty; offering guidance based on extensive business accomplishments and provide insights on course materials to reflect current industry trends and advancement of industry within an academic setting.
Mentor and advise students, providing guidance on academic and career development.
Participate in networking events / engagements and represent UCW in professional circles, enhancing the university's reputation and industry connections both domestically and internationally.
Personal Specifications
Outstanding record of achievements in industry or business, demonstrating exceptional expertise and leadership with a strong reputation in their field.
Experience in mentoring or coaching others, with a passion for sharing knowledge and inspiring future professionals and with a commitment to promoting excellence and innovation in business education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Known as visionary leader with a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence in the industry at a global scale.
