Job Summary
Gettysburg College invites applications for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Management to begin August 2025. Teaching responsibilities for the position will include an introductory Marketing Management course within the Business, Organizations, and Management major/Business minor and upper-class electives according to the candidate's areas of specialization. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching interest in marketing research, marketing analytics, and/or social media marketing. The teaching load for the position will be the equivalent of five courses per academic year.

Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Ph.D. (or be ABD with expected degree completion by the time of appointment) in Marketing, Business/Management, or related fields and demonstrate potential for high quality teaching, scholarship, advising, and contributions to governance/service. Candidates must be committed to interdisciplinary teaching in the liberal arts tradition and demonstrate through their teaching and scholarship that they can contribute to the diversity and excellence of our community.
